    Legal — Service Agreement

    Terms of Service

    Effective: June 10, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 10, 2026
    Important — Read Before Purchase

LAMX runs on a prepaid credit model. When you purchase credits, that payment is committed against real GPU capacity reserved at our infrastructure providers on your behalf. Because that capacity is locked at the moment of your payment, prepaid credit purchases are non-refundable. This is not a punitive policy — it reflects the actual economics of reserved GPU infrastructure. We cannot unreserve hardware after the commitment is made.

Credits do not expire. If you stop using LAMX, your balance remains available indefinitely. We encourage you to purchase only what you expect to use.

Operational draft — pending formal legal review. Material changes will be announced by email.
    Section 01

Who We Are and What You're Agreeing To

LAMX is a GPU cloud infrastructure service operated by Iron Mind AB (org. nr. 559551-9181), a company registered in Sweden, EU. References to "LAMX", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms mean Iron Mind AB, trading as LAMX. References to "you" or "customer" mean the individual or legal entity that creates an account and uses the service.

By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

LAMX is a professional infrastructure service directed at businesses, researchers, and professional users. By registering, you confirm that you are acquiring the service wholly or predominantly for professional or business purposes. If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU/EEA, the statutory consumer rights described in Section 4 apply to you notwithstanding anything else in these Terms.

These Terms apply to all use of the LAMX platform, including the API, dashboard, and any command-line or SDK access.

    Section 02

    What LAMX Provides

LAMX provides on-demand access to dedicated GPU compute instances. Each instance is a physically isolated GPU node assigned exclusively to you — no shared VRAM, no hypervisor neighbours, no multi-tenant contention.

    Infrastructure Model — Transparency Clause

LAMX operates as an aggregator of Tier-1 GPU infrastructure providers. We source capacity from providers such as RunPod today, with Nebius, Lambda Labs, and others planned. This is a deliberate architectural choice — the same approach used by OpenRouter for AI model access — giving you access to the broadest available GPU inventory at negotiated rates, routed to the best-available hardware at provisioning time.

Your workload runs on the underlying provider's hardware in EU datacenters. The provider's own service-level agreements govern infrastructure-level availability. LAMX's SLA commitments (see Section 6) operate on top of and are limited by those upstream guarantees. We will always disclose the active provider stack in our documentation.

    Port and Network Behaviour

Public-facing port numbers on your instance are assigned by the underlying provider and change on every instance restart, including restarts triggered by port configuration updates. This is a documented platform behaviour, not a defect. Your SSH hostname (gpuNN.lamx.io) remains stable. Always fetch current port mappings from the dashboard or API after any restart. Never cache port numbers client-side.

    Section 03

    Accounts and Access

You must provide a valid email address and set a password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

One legal entity or individual may hold one account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise. You may not share credentials across organisations.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

    Section 04

Credits, Billing, and the Non-Refund Policy

    Prepaid Credit Model

LAMX uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase a credit balance in advance using a payment card via Stripe. Credits are denominated in USD. One credit unit equals one US dollar of compute time.

Running instances are billed in real time at the published hourly rate for the selected GPU tier. The billing worker runs every 5 minutes and deducts the proportional cost from your credit balance. Billing is metered from instance creation to termination.

    Non-Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. When you purchase credits, we commit funds against capacity at our infrastructure providers as part of maintaining guaranteed availability for your account. Reversing those commitments after purchase is not part of how this model works.

This policy exists because of how GPU infrastructure economics work — it is not arbitrary. Credits do not expire. Your balance is always available until consumed by usage.

In cases of documented billing errors (e.g., double charges due to a payment processor fault), contact support@lamx.io within 14 days and we will investigate. Verified errors will be corrected by credit adjustment.

EU/EEA Consumers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The non-refund policy above applies in full to business and professional customers. If you purchase credits as a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal, and these Terms respect it: by purchasing credits you expressly request that they be made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that once credits are consumed by usage, your right of withdrawal is lost in proportion to the credits used. Unused credits from a purchase made within the preceding 14 days will be refunded to a consumer on request — contact support@lamx.io from your account email. Credits consumed by running instances are not refundable.

    VAT and Tax

Iron Mind AB is registered for VAT in Sweden (VAT no. SE559551918101). VAT will be applied to purchases as required by EU law. Business customers in the EU may provide their VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse charge mechanism. Stripe Tax handles VAT calculation and collection on our behalf.

    Zero-Balance Behaviour

When your credit balance reaches zero, the following sequence occurs automatically:

    1. Your running instance is stopped immediately. You receive an email notification.
    2. A 24-hour grace period begins. Your volume data is preserved during this window.
    3. Approximately 2 hours before the grace period ends, you receive a final warning email.
    4. If your balance is not topped up before the grace period expires, your instance and all associated volume data are permanently deleted. This is irreversible.

You are responsible for backing up data before your balance runs out. LAMX does not maintain snapshot backups of customer volumes. Topping up your balance during the grace period stops the deletion countdown; you will need to manually resume your instance after topping up.

    Section 05

    Acceptable Use

LAMX is designed for legitimate machine learning, AI research, scientific computing, and production inference workloads. You agree not to use the service for:

    • Any illegal activity or purpose prohibited by applicable law.
    • Storing, processing, or transmitting content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in Sweden.
    • Cryptocurrency mining using promotional or trial credits. (Mining on paid credits is permitted but subject to fair-use review if it causes infrastructure disproportionate cost or instability.)
    • Attacking, probing, or disrupting third-party systems, networks, or services from LAMX infrastructure.
    • Circumventing the security or access controls of any system.
    • Reselling LAMX compute capacity without our prior written consent.
    • Running workloads that violate the acceptable use policy of our underlying infrastructure providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy without prior notice where the violation is severe or poses risk to other customers or our infrastructure. Credits remaining at time of termination for cause are forfeited.

    Section 06

    Service Level and Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for provisioned instances, subject to the upstream SLAs of our infrastructure providers. Infrastructure-level events outside our control — including provider-side hardware failures, network events, or datacenter incidents — may cause brief interruptions.

Planned maintenance windows will be announced with at least 24 hours' notice via the status page and email where the maintenance affects running instances.

LAMX is not liable for data loss, lost revenue, or other consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the incident.

    Section 07

    Data and Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data, models, and workloads you run on LAMX infrastructure. We do not access the contents of your instances except as required for infrastructure support with your explicit consent, or where required by law.

EU customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance may request one by contacting support@lamx.io.

    Section 08

    Intellectual Property

LAMX and its associated marks, design, and platform software are the property of Iron Mind AB. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP ownership to you.

You grant us no rights to your workloads, models, or data beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the service (e.g., reading provisioning parameters to route your instance to the correct hardware).

    Section 09

    Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@lamx.io. Active instances must be terminated before account closure. Unused credit balances are subject to the non-refund policy in Section 4.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination (for any reason), all running instances and associated data are deleted within 24 hours.

    Section 10

Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Mind AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Swedish or applicable EU law.

    Section 11

    Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

EU consumers retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

    Section 12

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typo fixes, or restructuring without changing substance) may be made without notice and will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
